We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka.
Delivery time is usually 2–5 working days, depending on location.
Delivery delays may occur due to public holidays, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns unless defective.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Promotional offers and discounts are valid only for the period stated.
Discounts cannot be combined unless specifically allowed.
