Refund and Returns Policy

1.Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased on clearance or sale.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or modified items (e.g., items with printed logos or names).
  • Undergarments or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return:

    2. Provide your order details, including the order number, item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.
    3. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

    Shipping Costs:

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size or color.
  • Damaged or defective items.

To request an exchange, please follow the Return Process above and specify that you wish to exchange the item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  2. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame:

  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times can vary.

8. Cancellations
